The Essential Meat Box has 3 different cuts of Chicken.

Included in your Essential Meat Box are 1 bulk pack of Lean Chicken Fillets (230g), ideal for stuffing or cutting into two for smaller portions. These are an essential item for most households to make healthy meal option meals, quality Chicken Fillets are a great source of vitamins, minerals & protein. There is no added water to the Fillets, this keeps the natural texture & flavour of the meat, whilst reduces shrinking during cooking.

Everyone loves delicious Chicken Wings, this is why we have added a pack to your Essential Meat Box. These generous 60-80 gram plus 2 Joint Wings are meaty without any added water to make super tasty Buffalo Chicken Wings or Sweet Sticky Wings. Try these on the Barbecue or in the oven, the natural flavour makes these a perfect snack or starter dish. Let the skin get real crispy before you add your favourite glaze over the top…. you will want to buy them again.

A good Essential Meat Box addition is Boneless Chicken Thighs, these are an easy to cook item & so many different recipes available. The pack has approx 8  Oyster Cut Chicken Thighs vacuum sealed in Clear freezer Friendly Recyclable Pouches. The generous Thighs are specially Oyster Cut to leave more meat on the thigh, giving a higher meat to bone ratio. These are skin on for a nice crispy crunch when finished on a high heat to Brown them off.

We have included 7 packs of 3 different products that are all from our Grass Fed Irish Beef.  The natural rich pastures give the meat its distinctive Beef taste that is enjoyed the world over. All Beef products are trimmed & prepared by our expert butchers to make meat cuts with minimal waste & best value for money.

There are 2 sizes of our Signature Brisket Burgers included in the Essential Meat Box are; 2oz (60g) & 7oz (200g). All our Brisket Burgers are made with a simple Traditional Recipe to give a better natural Beef flavour to enjoy. These give best results when pressed in the middle with your thumb to make a small dent to prevent them from rising in the middle when cooked. They are a juicy Beef Burger with the 2 size choices for small & larger appetites in the family.

For a steak night dinner we have included a pair of juicy 200g  Sirloin Steaks. These are the treat for the end of the week when you can relax with a nice glass of Red Wine to accompany your steak. The Grass Fed Sirloin Steaks have a good consistent texture with that distinctive delicious flavour, only a small amount of fat across the top for added flavour & moisture.

An easy steak to grill; leave in the pack at room temp for an hour once thawed, season on both sides, grill on high heat for a few minutes turning regularly until medium cooked. PRO TIP:

Rest your Sirloin Steaks for 5 minutes, covered over on a wooden board before serving. This helps the meat relax & absorb their natural juices.

We have added 2 packs of our Premium Beef Mince into your Essential Meat Box. This fine ground mince is made from fresh cut Chuck Steak trimmed by our expert butchers so there is no gristle, making your beef mince recipes less watery & fatty. The flavour of the Grass Fed Chuck Steak brings out the flavour of your added ingredients. Each pack is 500g vacuum sealed in Clear Recyclable Pouches.

Do you Love Bacon? This is everyone’s favourite meat, whether it is Smoked, Unsmoked or Streaky, good Bacon is always finding its way onto the menu.

For your cooking pleasure we’ve added 2 packs (450g x 2) of our Dry Cured Unsmoked Back Bacon to the Meat Box. This Bacon has an amazing taste because it is Dry Cured from quality Pork. The Dry Cured process removes excess water from the meat to make the flavour much more intense & give it more of a bite. The tasty Bacon Rashers are great for making Sandwiches, adding to a Full English Breakfast, topping your Brisket Burgers with, cutting into small pieces to add to pasta, there are so many great recipes that include Bacon.

We have added a Pork Tenderloin that is trimmed & ready to cook the Pork Fillet is approx 450g each & trimmed ready to cook. You only need to season the meat before roasting or slice before seasoning & grilling. The Pork Fillet has enough meat to feed 2 people The low cholesterol Pork has great flavour from the most tender of all the Pork cuts.

Every family loves a fresh homemade Sausage Roll made from good quality Sausage Meat & Puff Pastry. We have included a pack of our Traditional Sausage Meat (450g) made from the same recipe as our Pork Sausages. The quality Pork Shoulder Meat used to make this, is Gristle Free with the best flavour & texture to guarantee great results when cooking. The Sausage Meat can be used to make Christmas Stuffing, Sausage Rolls or your own Pork Burgers.

Every household always buys sausages when shopping for meat, we have added our Gristle Free Cumberland Sausages for something new & tasty in your Essential Meat Box. Made using our best quality Pork Shoulder Meat, with the traditional Cumberland recipe having more flavour than the plain Pork Sausages, these are enjoyed by everyone. There are 4 x 100-gram sausages vacuum sealed in clear recyclable pouches with 400g per pack.

Our Breakfast Sausages (patties) all made to a specific traditional recipe & method using only the finest shoulder meat to give a consistent texture & flavour that will guarantee an empty plate! We have added 3 packs of Breakfast Burgers to this Essential Meat Box, each Burger is 60g with 4 per pack. These are made using the same method as all our sausages; Pork Shoulder with no gristle for smooth texture & great taste.

The Pork we use to make any of our range is from the Pietrain pig that has low cholesterol with a fantastic meat to fat ratio. This makes the flavour better, an improved nutritional value & great results at home.

The production of all our meats in the Essential Meat Box & our other meat boxes is made in temperature controlled clean rooms to give a more natural product. The lower temperatures will slow the loss of moisture in the meat, the clean rooms will prevent any extra bacterial contamination of the meat, the results are a juicier, fresher tasting product at home that has a much longer shelf life.

The process from farm to fork is designed to maximise value for money & minimise waste, with welfare & the environment top of the list. All our production facilities are BRCGS Approved & we are always using local herds to keep sustainable supplies of quality meats to production whilst supporting local farmers.

The packing of all our meats has to be completed within a few minutes because we don’t want them to dry out. Our meat cuts are vacuum sealed into clear recyclable pouches that gently hold the meat in shape, but more importantly keep the natural moisture in the meat. Some of our meat cuts are placed into recyclable sealed trays as a skin packed product, to keep their shape & protect them in the freezer.

We are always looking to find other methods of packaging that is cheaper & more Eco-friendly, so we can then help improve the environment moving towards a greener future. We are now using a thinner, stronger packaging that is also recyclable which helps us to reduce our carbon foot print by using less plastic.

As our customers recycle their food packaging more by making sure that it is placed onto the appropriate recycling collection bin, this also helps towards completing the recycling process.
