What meat cuts in your Meat on the Bone Box.
The 320z T-Bone Steak is from our Grass-Fed Irish cattle with a world-renowned flavour & texture, it has been aged before cutting to ensure that they are nice & tender when cooked. A thicker cut T-Bone Steak with the fillet & sirloin steak joined together for the best of two different steaks as one.
Staying with the beef; we have added one of our signature Beef Tomahawk Steaks, this is a real show stopper because of the big eye of meat at the end of the long bone. We have cut these again from our Irish Grass-Fed cattle from the Rib Roast & our expert butchers have trimmed & prepared them ready to cook. The flavour of the RibEye is some of the best in beef because it has more fat marbling in it, which adds to the flavour & moisture of the meat when cooking.
Cooking tip:
Please rest your steak before serving because the meat relaxes & soaks up the juices to give a softer tastier steak.
The last item of beef we have taken from our menu is the 3 Bone Beef Jacobs Ladders. A very popular item with our online family as they are excellent for low & slow in the oven or in the Barbecue Smoked for hours. Each rack is approximately 1.8 kilos & has a delicious even layer of meat over the top, the single layer is important as this will cook evenly because the two layered beef ribs people advertise won’t cook at the same temperatures.
In your Meat on the Bone Box we have added some of our finest quality Pietrain Pork. The two items we have included are the 5 Bone Rack of Pork & the Pig Wings. The 5 Bone rack of Pork is perfect for a delicious family Sunday roast, a piece you can slice into individual Pork Cutlets, or smoke on the BBQ for that extra special flavour. The eye of the meat is very tender & moist for a great Restaurant dining experience at home, without paying the same process!
The Pig Wings are thick sections from the back leg, with a generous amount of meat on them. These are perfect for low & slow in the oven, slow cooker or on the Barbecue for the extra smoke to infuse with the meat. These are a perfect for a midweek meal that you can put in the oven, leave on low temperature & have later when ready with a nice creamy mash, caramelised onions & gravy.
Enjoy your Meat on the Bone Box at home, either for in the kitchen or outside on the Barbecue. There is plenty for you to experiment with, making new flavours, trying different cooking temperatures making new meals, whatever you decide… great food is made for sharing!

All our beef steaks are aged for 21 days before cutting to give a perfect steak at home every time. The process of ageing beef or any meat, only helps to enhance the flavour & soften the texture. The natural enzymes found in meat, helps to breakdown the natural fibre of the meat to become more tender, because it unlocks the flavour to let the juices release naturally.
The pork products in your Grilling Meat Box are made from our best Pietrain pork as it has the right meat to fat ratio for a better flavour, & cooks up just right! We use locally produced Pork to our production from sustainable herds that is carefully reared & processed to give some of the best pork available.
We couldn’t create your favourite Meat On The Bone cuts without controls & processes in place in the production areas for naturally good quality.
The temperature of our cutting rooms is very cold & this helps to stop any natural bacteria growth in the meat & losing any of its natural juices. Under these temperatures we cut & package our meat cuts within a few minutes to make sure we can deliver the freshest, juiciest Steaks & Ribs possible. This gives your meat a longer shelf life with more of a just cut flavour.
The process of vacuum sealing sucks all the natural moisture of the meat back into the meat to keep it moist & further enhance the flavour. The recyclable packaging holds the steaks gently in their shape, keeping all the moisture in the Pork Rack & Leg of Lamb.
All our production facilities are BRCGS Approved & we are always using local herds to reduce carbon emissions from long distance travelling of the animals, & our farmers have the quality required from sustainable herds.
We are always looking to find other methods of packaging that is cheaper & more Eco-friendly, so we can then help improve the environment moving towards a greener future. We are now using a thinner, stronger packaging that is also recyclable which helps us to reduce our carbon footprint by using less plastic. As our customers recycle their food packaging more by making sure that it is placed onto the appropriate recycling collection bin, this also helps towards our Greener Policy.
