Sherwood Traditional Pork Sausage Meat has the same delicious recipe as our Traditional Pork Sausages. The finest select pork blended with a simple seasoning with a medium grind to make a smooth textured mince with NO gristle, perfect for any good sausage meat recipe.
Most sausage meat available is made to use up trimmings & fat created from the production of other pork cuts. At Sherwood we make all our pork sausage meat specifically from the pork shoulder & only back fat from the loin. The lean muscles from the shoulder are the best for flavour & texture because they are coarse & very moist, guaranteed to give great results every time.
