The Ready made Wholesale Shawarma Chicken Kebabs are pre cooked before being chilled down & packed.
The Freshly made Chicken Shawarma Kebabs are packed immediately into Vacuum Sealed Pouches, packed in lined boxes & Blast Frozen to -25°c.
The Shawarma Kebabs are a great product for pop up caterers, takeaway restaurants or for those that need hot food on a quick turnaround. These Shawarma’s can be reheated in their bags & ready to serve in 15 minutes, using less energy to cook, with no portion control needed.
We choose Breast Fillets & Thigh Meat to make our Shawarma Kebabs because the flavour is better keeping their moisture when cooking & it’s easier to manufacture. The Chicken is cut from A Grade Chicken that has NO ADDED WATER for better flavour, texture & value for money. The Fillets are cut from very fresh Chicken at less than 2°c to keep the meat as moist & as safe as possible.
