Spatchcock Chicken is the ultimate way of making Barbecued Smokey Flavoured Chicken. The way these are cooked as butterflied whole Chicken gives a more even cook & helps to prevent burnt meat. The Spatchcock Chicken cooking time is reduced because they are butterflied. The standard weight is 1.3Kg, we can make these larger to customer spec & a good level of calibration for portion control.
Our Whole selected birds are prepared to the highest standards, giving you peace of mind to serve high quality Chicken to the consumer. The Spine Bones are completely removed, the feet are removed through the joints, with the excess skin trimmed, leaving a Ready to Cook Spatchcock Chicken.
All our Wholesale Chicken cuts are cut from A Grade Chicken that has NO ADDED WATER for better flavour, texture & value for money. The Spatchcock Chickens are cut from fresh Chicken at less than 2°c to keep the meat as moist & as safe as possible. The Freshly cut Chickens are packed within minutes after cutting & Blast Frozen to -25°c.

We have full Farm to Fork traceability, slaughtered, cut & packed with BRC & IFS approval.
