Wholesale Chickens are easy to cook, they are perfect for Roast Chicken Dinners, great to cut into portions for selected cut Chicken Recipes, lovely as a Spit Roasted Chicken or just awesome on the Barbecue. Whole Chicken can be cut into 4, 6 or 8 portions making them excellent value for money.
The Whole Chickens are cleaned & Eviscerated (all offal & internal organs removed) to produce a ready to cook Chicken. *We offer different size options from Baby Chickens 900g plus, medium sized Chickens 1.2-2Kg, to the larger Capon Chickens 2.5Kg.
All our Wholesale Whole Chickens are from A Grade Chicken that has NO ADDED WATER for better flavour, texture & value for money. The Chickens are produced from fresh Birds at less than 2°c to keep the meat as moist & as safe as possible. The Freshly cut Chickens are packed within minutes after cutting & Blast Frozen to -25°c.
We offer these in Vacuum Packed for Retail or Block Frozen / Naked Fresh Packed for Wholesale Restaurant Customers. We have full Farm to Fork traceability, slaughtered, cut & packed with BRC & IFS approval. The Wholesale Chickens are available delivered direct to your premises via the cool chain network in the UK, Europe & Internationally.
