Chicken Supremes are a Skin On Boneless Breast Fillet with the first section (bone in) of the Chicken Wing attached. The Supremes are cut from the larger Breasts to give a generous portion of 350g approx. These are usually served as “Stuffed Breast”, offering a better value for money Restaurant Menu item.
All our Wholesale Chicken cuts are cut from A Grade Chicken that has NO ADDED WATER for better flavour, texture & value for money. The Chicken Supremes are cut from fresh Chicken at less than 2°c to keep the meat as moist & as safe as possible. The Freshly cut Supremes are packed within minutes after cutting & Blast Frozen to -25°c.
We offer these in Skin Packed Trays for Retail or Block / Vacuum Packed for Wholesale Restaurant Customers. We have full Farm to Fork traceability, slaughtered, cut & packed with BRC & IFS approval.
