Chicken Schnitzels make a great lunchtime snack as the 100g portions are the perfect size for this, or for dinner you can double up to make a hearty sized meal. Chicken Schnitzels can be cooked under the Grill, in the Oven or in the Air Fryer in minutes for quick service meals.

The Chicken Schnitzels are made from Lean, Healthy Breast Fillets that provide Vitamins, Minerals & Protein as part of a regular diet. We only use good sized Natural Fillets for our Schnitzels to reduce the amount of moisture loss when cooking. Less moisture loss keeps better flavour in the meat & gives better value for money.

We currently produce our Chicken Schnitzels with 2 different coating options; Seasoned Breadcrumbs or Crispy Flakes. Both coatings are delicious & popular with cafes, restaurants & our online customers. The standard portion size is 100g but, we can make larger sized Chicken Schnitzels (MOQ).

All our Wholesale Chicken cuts are cut from A Grade Chicken that has NO ADDED WATER for better flavour, texture & value for money. The Schnitzels are cut from very fresh Chicken at less than 2°c to keep the meat as moist & as safe as possible. The Freshly cut Schnitzels are packed within minutes after cutting, they are either vacuum packed or block packed & Blast Frozen to -25°c.

We offer these Vacuum Packed in Skin Packed Trays for Retail or Gas Flush Trays Boxes for Wholesale Restaurant Customers. We have full Farm to Fork traceability, slaughtered, cut & packed with BRC & IFS approval. The Wholesale Chicken Schnitzels are available delivered direct to your premises via the cool chain network in the UK, Europe & Internationally.
