Wholesale Chicken Thighs (130g)
Wholesale Chicken Thighs skin on Oyster Cut 130g plus, from A Grade Chicken.
Chicken Thighs are best cut from the carcase as an “Oyster Cut Thigh”. The Thighs have a higher Meat to Bone Ratio giving increased value for money. The standard Thigh has the skin on with the Femur Bone left in, trimmed & prepared. The Chicken Thighs are cut from the top half of the leg with the Drumstick removed neatly through the joint.
We offer different specifications for Chicken Thighs to suit customer requirements. These can be produced Bone in or Boneless, skin on or skinless (we also offer Wholesale Thigh Meat), & packed to suit customer needs.
All our Wholesale Chicken cuts are cut from A Grade Chicken that has NO ADDED WATER for better flavour, texture & value for money. The Thighs are cut from very fresh Chicken at less than 2°c to keep the meat as moist & as safe as possible. The Freshly cut Thighs are packed within minutes after cutting, they are either vacuum packed or block packed & Blast Frozen to -25°c.
We offer these in Skin Packed Trays for Retail, vacuum packed or block packed in lined boxes for Wholesale Restaurant Customers. We have full Farm to Fork traceability, slaughtered, cut & packed with BRC & IFS approval. The Wholesale Chicken Thighs are available delivered direct to your premises via the cool chain network in the UK, Europe & Internationally.
