We cut our Beef Packer Briskets to be 95% ready trimmed for Low & Slow Smoking. This reduces the waste & gives you more meat for your money. Our Beef Briskets are cut from Irish Grass Fed cattle with a good fat finish, this helps with the intramuscular fat content, especially at the Point End. Each Brisket is Square Cut at the end of the Flat Section too keep it thicker.

Our Full Packer Briskets are usually sold to Smokehouses, Barbecue Restaurants & home Pitmasters to Smoke Low & Slow. The Briskets are best aged in the vacuum bag & are perfect at about 4 weeks old. The Packer Briskets are cut & packed within a few minutes direct at the slaughterhouse, this creates a more natural tasting piece with a longer shelf life.

Our Wholesale Beef Packer Briskets have full Farm to Fork traceability, slaughtered, cut & packed with BRC & IFS approval. We offer these Vacuum Packed in singles for Retail & wholesale Restaurant Customers.
