The Tomahawk Steak is a Ribeye Steak on the bone with the fat cap removed leaving the eye of the meat. We cut our Tomahawks approx 1 inch (3 cm) thick & leave a long clean bone attached. Our standard Steak has a minimum weight of 1.1Kg, we can also make different weights if required (MOQ’s apply).
