Pork Trim is available as different leanness options, this will depend on your application of what you are producing. We offer 50/50, 70/30, 80/20 & 90VL (visually lean), all our trims are metal detected before packing. The Wholesale Pork Trims are cut from Bellies & Shoulders out of young pigs & not sows. Pork Trim is cut fresh & can be kept fresh in vacuum packaging for 14 days or frozen immediately after packing.
The most popular uses for Wholesale Pork Trim is to make Minced Pork, Pies, Scotch Eggs or Sausages. Most buyers of Pork Trim require fresh delivery, we can offer this direct from the production line 24 hours to most places, some are 48 hours from production.
