We offer 50/50, 70/30, 80/20 & 90VL (visually lean), all our trims are metal detected before packing. The Wholesale Pork Trims are cut from Bellies & Shoulders out of young pigs & not sows. Pork Trim is cut fresh & can be kept fresh in vacuum packaging for 14 days or frozen immediately after packing.
