Wholesale Pork Belly fresh cut to customer specifications from high quality Pigs.
The Belly of Pork has the highest fat content but, also has some of the best flavour. The Belly is cut from the side of the Loin as a full Long Belly, expert butchers then Square cut the ends removing the waste trimmings from the bottom part, the 3 ribs at the top are left on the Forequarter section. The Pork Bellies are Meaty & Light Pink cut from young pigs, we are able to select the fat confirmation before packing.
We are able to vary the Pork Belly specification according to customer needs (MOQ apply), you can choose Bone in or Boneless, Rind on or Rind off. The packing can be varied as we offer Jumbo Lined Dolav Bins with naked bellies for catering / manufacturing or single vacuum packed for retail or Restaurants / Butchers Shops.
For the Boneless Pork Bellies we can sheet bone the Ribs out or take the singles ribs out separately to leave the Pork Intercostal Rib Fingers attached. These Bellies are used for making Streaky Bacon or Pork Belly Strips.
We prepare all our different Belly Ribs from these Whole Bellies; we cut St louis Ribs & Monster Pork Belly Ribs. These are specialist Barbecue Pork Ribs we supply into Smokehouses & Barbecue Restaurants, they are meaty & perfect for Low & Slow cooking.
