Whole Pig Livers weigh approx 2Kg each & are dark Pink / Brown in colour with distinctive speckled markings across the top. These Pork Livers are harvested from A Grade Pigs in BRC / ifs approved slaughterhouses. The Pig Livers are prepared by expert butchers who remove the excess pipes before chilling them down for vacuum packing or block pack blast freezing. There is a 14 day shelf life on fresh vacuum packed Pigs Kidneys & a 24 month shelf life on frozen.
