Wholesale Lamb Racks for roasting or cutting into Lamb Tomahawk Steaks.
Rack of Lamb is a great meat for Roasting, these are cut from the forequarter & have approx 8 Bones per Rack. Lamb Racks are popular to be cut into Lamb Cutlets for Grilling, a popular choice on the Restaurant Menu because they are quick to cook. We only supply Lamb Racks from young Lambs because the meat is more tender with a mild, less gamey flavour.
The Wholesale Lamb Racks are French Trimmed; exposing the ends of the Rib Bones, they also have been Chined (spine bones removed) so they can be cut into Cutlets or made into a Guard of Honour. The skin has been left on the Racks to give the customer choice of scoring or removing before cooking.
French Trimmed Racks of Lamb are ready to cook, only needing seasoning before cooking. The Racks are weight graded for easier portion control, we have different weight ranges (subject to availability) to choose from. This makes pricing menus easier & bulk buying allows Restaurants to keep prices for longer.
All our Lamb is Grass Fed from New Zealand, Australia & UK.
We offer these Vacuum Packed in 2 for Retail Sales & for wholesale Restaurant Customers. We have full Farm to Fork traceability, slaughtered, cut & packed with BRC & IFS approval. The Wholesale Lamb Racks are available delivered direct to your premises via the coolchain network in the UK, Europe & Internationally.
