Pig Hearts are approx 150g each & freshly cut from finest quality Pigs, available in vacuum sealed bags or as block pack frozen. Using modern slaughtering equipment & harvesting techniques, all the Offals are removed & processed quickly. These are all chilled down in hours before packing & blast freezing or dispatching chilled. There is a 14 day shelf life on fresh vacuum packed Pigs Kidneys & a 24 month shelf life on frozen.
