About Sherwood Foods, founded in 2008 by a Third generation butcher, who trained and qualified in his early years working with a wide spectrum of meats, who naturally progressed & moved into sales in the wholesale markets. Drawing from a client base that had been built up over the years of working on Smithfield Market, making a move away from the market and working closer with larger factories in outside premises in London was the only logical choice, to create more space for products, and to expand the client base.
Sherwood Foods continued to build on our existing relationships, working closely with the production & packing teams to allowing us to produce The Sherwood Brand to suit our changing client needs. We are constantly looking to develop our new and exciting brand, so that we may offer more products to our clients in the future. We are now working with new stockists outside the home market in Holland and the Caribbean to take our brand further to bring quality and choice for manufacturing, restaurants, private competition teams and Nationwide/European online home deliveries.
All product lines are constantly monitored and checked for quality, to ensure that our clients receive continuity and consistency of supply in the future.
