In your Chicken Meat Box there are 9 kilos (44 portions) to feed your average family for the month. All the chicken cuts are vacuum sealed straight of the block & frozen to -18°c to make a safe product with all the natural flavour. The products can be easily stored in the freezer so you always have something to make a simple quick meal when late home from work or the kids are hungry.

Chicken always tastes better when cooked on the Barbecue for the extra Smokey flavour.

Our Chicken Lollipops are created from the Drumsticks. The top of the bone has had the sinews cut & the thick meat has been pulled back to leave a simple to cook, fun to eat, perfect finger food chicken on the bone. Cooking tip: once the meat has been thoroughly cooked through (juices must run clear) give the skin a little extra heat to make the skin crispy….. it’s so delicious!

The Chicken Fillets are a generous 200-230g size pack of lean trimmed meat is great for stuffed recipes or cutting into 2 portions & cooked under the grill. There is the equivalent weight of 8 supermarket fillets (with water) in one of our packs.

We all love homemade chicken pies, wraps, flavoured chicken pieces with  rice & many more favourite diced chicken recipes. Your Chicken Meat Box has a 500g of Diced Chicken Breast pieces vacuum sealed in a clear recyclable pouch included. The large portions can be stuffed & rolled or butterflied for in the pan cooking. The large Whole Chicken for roasting is the perfect value meal for a roast chicken dinner with family & friends. The Chicken is over 1.6-kilos & feeds 4 people tasty succulent chicken slices to go with fresh vegetables. For best cooking results when roasting; turn the heat up in the oven for the last 10 minutes to brown the skin for a nice crunchy finish.

The 2 packs of Natural Chicken Skewers are made from only quality lean Breast meat for best flavour. The big chunks of meat make generous 165-gram skewers that are great under the grill & excellent on the Barbecue with an extra Smokey flavour. The Chicken Rolls are filled with minced Chicken & Cheese Chunks, coated in Golden Breadcrumbs & wrapped in Streaky Bacon. Each portion is 150 grams with 4 pieces per pack. Great easy to cook ready made Chicken Dinner portions that are ready in 30 minutes, perfect for a tasty filling kids meal.

How we produce & pack our Chicken Meat Box?

When we produce our chicken, it is done in refrigerated clean rooms & it is all cut & packed within a few minutes. We do this for the following reasons; with an internal temperature of under 2°c when cut, the chicken doesn’t lose its natural moisture, as keeping the meat moist, the meat has more of a natural flavour before freezing, the texture of the chicken remains in perfect condition.

Producing our meat cuts under such conditions increases the shelf life & the packaging protects your chicken from freezer burn or other foods in the fridge at home. We vacuum seal all our products into clear recyclable pouches in our Meat Boxes to ensure that you get the best products delivered to your home. The packing will allow you to bring the products up to room temperature before cooking, without drying out.

We are always looking to find other methods of packaging that is cheaper & more Eco-friendly, so we can then help improve the environment moving towards a greener future. We are now using a thinner, stronger packaging that is also recyclable which helps us to reduce our carbon footprint by using less plastic. As our customers recycle their food packaging more by making sure that it is placed onto the appropriate recycling collection bin, this also helps towards a greener future.
