This piece is normally a wholesale cut of pork & we now offer this as a retail piece of pork; giving you more meat for your money #moremeatfym at home. This piece is half of the full 10 bone Frenched Rack of Pork we offer, ideally suited for smaller cooks when feeding up to 5 people. Cooking a Frenched Rack of Pork at home is easy & there are many recipes for this popular piece.

The Frenched Rack of Pork is also referred as a “Best End of Pork” or “Sirloin of Pork on the bone”, has had the back bones / vertebrae removed first, leaving only the finger bones attached. The butchers then cut a strip & remove it across the top of the loin & expose the ends of the finger / rib bones, then the finger bones are then scraped clean; this is called Frenching or French trimming. the result is a piece that resembles a Rack of Lamb.
