The Belly is cut & packed within a few minutes making sure that we conserve every ounce of flavour. They are vacuum-sealed into clear recyclable pouches that suck all the natural juices into the meat before being frozen & locking in all the flavour. The clear pouches will protect the meat from the moment it is packed to the time you open before seasoning.
When bringing meat up to room temperature before cooking, the pouches will prevent it from drying out or from any unwanted flying visitors!
