Our expert butchers parallel cut the bones to give an even rack of ribs around 6 cm wide that makes for better sharing portions. The bones are covered with succulent loin meat evenly from top to bottom letting you get good absorption of smoke & seasoning into the meat.

The thin membrane on the rib side of the Meaty Baby Back Ribs needs to be removed before cooking, this is a quick simple procedure using the handle of a teaspoon. To remove the membrane, simply push the handle gently under the membrane 3 ribs down the rack to allow you to prise up the membrane so you can get a firm grip on it to pull in one movement from the rack.
