Sherwood Beef Brisket Burgers have been made for the sole purpose of bringing a better beef burger to the table! The choice to use Brisket as the main cut for our burgers is because the great texture & flavour they have. We have added a little fat & seasoning to enhance the flavour of the meat & to keep it moist.

Once we have cut up the briskets & the ingredients have been added, we then mix & mince to a medium grind before making into our 4 oz 113-grams patties that people love.

Beef Brisket Burgers 4 oz:

The texture of our burgers is very consistent with that of a good Beef Mince & can be broken in half before cooking to see that there are no stringy bits to show the quality. The only thing you will see in our pork or beef brisket burgers is the meat that we use to make them with. The colour of our burgers is not “bright Red” as some burgers are because we don’t add many nitrates to enhance the colour, we like to keep the “Beefy taste”.

When you bite into a Sherwood Beef Brisket Burger you get a more steak-like experience that has a good chew to each mouthful.

Sherwood Brisket Burgers are a great balance of lean meat & fat to offer a burger that doesn’t swim in grease when pink in the middle or eat like cardboard when cooked well done. These burgers are great value for money & are very popular with our online shoppers & restaurants.
