We have added 2 packs of 10 “ gluten-free” Brisket Burgers in the box, at 90g each they are perfect for kids dinners or when home late from work to make a quick n’ easy dinner. Our Brisket Burgers are made with a simple recipe because we want you to enjoy the beefy taste of the brisket. These come vacuum sealed in individual pouches for easy freezer storage at home.
Having 4 Sirloin Steaks in your family Meat Box is ideal for a couple of date nights with a loved one. These Sirloin Steaks are easy to grill in the pan, under the grill or on the Barbecue, the extra flavour of our Grass Fed Beef really stands out. How do you cook the steaks? It is as easy as; thaw in the pack, leave at room temp for 1 hour before cooking, grill for a few minutes either side until medium rare, rest (5 mins) then enjoy.
The Premium Beef Mince at 98% lean & fine ground makes for great spaghetti or lasagne, where you can really taste the flavour of the meat amongst the other ingredients. A fine ground Beef Mince using only chuck steak & brisket for the best flavour & no gristle for a great eating experience. Our high quality Beef Mince included in your Family Meat Box (2 x 500g) makes all your Minced Beef recipes (Minced Beef & Onion Pie) taste better for it.
The Breakfast Sausages are 115-grams of tender Pork & Apple flavour patties that are perfect for recreating a sausage & egg muffin or when the kids are starving on a Saturday lunchtime. The Family Meat Box needed something like these Pork Patties for breakfast rather than going to the drive through! We make ours from lean pork shoulder ensuring no gristle, better flavour with perfect texture.
We have even put a pack of 6 Cumberland Sausages into the box for a cheeky weekend fry or a tasty Sausage sandwich with a little mustard; not forgetting the “Bangers & Mash”. All of our sausages are made using the Pork Shoulder to have the best meat content without the Gristle & with the best flavour. The 2 packs of Pork Tenderloins are trimmed by our expert butchers, so there is no waste & oven-ready at approximately 450-grams each. The Pork Tenderloin is also excellent for making into chunky pork skewers or sliced pork fillet steaks. Try grilling these on the Barbecue… they are fantastic!
In your Family Meat Box we have added an array of our chicken for making family favourites, for frying, in the microwave, roasting, or to be cooked in the wok! Chicken has to be top quality because to don’t get the natural soft texture or the delicate chicken flavour, as there is no added water in our chicken, the taste speaks for itself. The fast, clean cutting & packing process means that our products have a much better shelf life & a more natural flavour when opened at home. All our production facilities are BRC Approved & we are always using local herds for sustainable supplies of higher quality Pork, Beef & Chicken.
We are always looking to find other methods of packaging that is cheaper & more Eco-friendly, so we can then help improve the environment moving towards a greener future. We are now using a thinner, stronger packaging that is also recyclable which helps us to reduce our carbon footprint by using less plastic.
As our customers recycle their food packaging more by making sure that it is placed onto the appropriate recycling collection bin, this also helps towards our Greener Policy.
